"Ordered on a Saturday 10/9, received items broken on Tuesday 10/11. Talked to Rep on Tuesday and requested expedited replacement. It is now Friday 10/14 and replacement item still has not shipped.
I would have just paid full price for another windshield on Tuesday with expectation that I get my items by end of week. That did not happen, another lost weekend of riding. Poor explanation by customer service rep of timeline, poor job by customer service setting expectations with customer. They did give me $35 credit on site, but money is not the issue, it is time. Unhappy customer."
"After spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars at RevZilla, I am beginning to seek other platforms for my parts and accessories due to RevZilla's unreliable shipping practices. When I order items, I usually want them right away and am willing to pay extra if they can be here the next day. Items that I have ordered and selected overnight shipping have taken anywhere from 4 - 7 days to arrive. RevZilla drop-ships, so many of their items have multiday lead times that you will not be aware of until you review your shopping cart at the end of your purchase. Items that I have purchased that were noted as 1-2 days lead time have taken close to a week to arrive. Customer service has refunded (one time only) my shipping but has done nothing to expedite delivery.
I recommend RevZilla 1) Post lead times on the item prior to shipping the cart. 2) Improve processing time so items are shipped the same day they are ordered. 3) Train Customer service people on the chat application to be friendly even if I am a grumpy old man. 4) Offer some kind of delivery guarantee. "

"I have not gotten a chance to ride with it yet, but my first chance will be on 8/13/22 in an introduction to riding course my wife and son got me for Father's day this year. As far as I can tell the helmet is very nice. I like that it has a drop down internal visor to help with the sun in your eyes. It is a modular helmet so for that I like that I am able to open the face front and have access to a drink if I needed one during a hot day. Still looking for a mirrored visor for it but for now it will be fine. I have riden in the past on dirt bikes but nothing street legal yet. Can't wait until that day happens. Kinda wish the helmet had more ventilation vents on it, but it is a modular helmet, so I can open the face when needed. I also wear glasses on some occasions and those fit into the helmet well.
For a first helmet I am happy with it. I am an intermediate oval head shape with a head size of 6 3/4" - 6 7/8", so I ordered an XS Based on what I have tried on at a local Cycle Gear store here in Washington state. If I remember, I will give an update after a 4 hr rider training day. The helmet is ECE AND DOT CERTIFIED which is good because DOT is the minimum rating by the DOT for a helmet. ECE IS A EUROPEAN RATING which is higher than an American safety rating. I do very much like having a drop down internal visor which helps reduce the amount of sunlight in your eyes. Anyways, I hope this review helps even just a little.
