"Ordered a rug end of Feb 2017 and never received it. Placed dozens of calls to customer service, and even though everyone was nice, no one could help me with my missing order. Furthermore, numerous c/s reps promised me emails with status, calls back, and manager responses and I never received any correspondence at all from anyone. Finally, I called to cancel my order and was told that a note would be left in the system stating my wish to cancel. That was weeks ago and still no cancellation and no rug! I finally spoke with a rep who said that he would "level with me" and that the customer service line was actually an answering service and that all they were able to do was forward messages. So all the promises of "looking in the warehouse" and having managers call me were all lies. Please think twice before giving RR your money. I paid almost $350 for the rug I ordered and as of yet have no idea if I will be able to get my money back. "
"I ordered a rug that was in stock on January 27 it is MARCH 28 and NO RUG. I think I called 8 times and my husband called once I also chatted online with a Tiffany bc as of now their lines are currently unavailable WTH does that even mean? So that's a total of what like 20 calls give or take and the stinckin rug still says processing even after I asked them numerous times to just refund me. For the love of God I don't want the rug anymore!

it shouldn't be this torturous, if you don't have it in stock why lie and say you have it and if you do why the hell is it taking so long? If you were shipping it from china on a back of dunky it would have arrived by now. So what I'm trying to say is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This right here is what a real review looks like I will be pasting it all over every review for this scamming company and any other review that says they have the best customer service are bunch of liars probably written by their own agents. "

"A great price on a nice and large rug! Decent quality (a few rough glue droppings i had to pick out), but for the price and size - a solid deal! Many retailers sell this brand - but this was the best price by far! Tough to find patterned carpets without borders and we needed to corner cut this - and now it looks like a custom rug! Very pleased - online process easy. Delivery guy wouldn't bring in house though...so i had to pay local construction guys $60 to carry it from my garage to my living room. At 135 lbs and 15 feet long... it wasn't possible for my husband and i to move it safely. Otherwise - a very satisfied customer!"

Now as we're doing some remodeling, we needed a larger rug for our living room that we had removed the carpeting from and replaced with tile.
