"Received a quote from a Cisco rep after giving them my serial number. They emailed me a link to Rhino with the pricing. I ordered from the link provided by Cisco to Rhinos site and received an email confirming my equipment. After confirmation a rep called me and it was determined I received the wrong link from the Cisco rep. A difference of $30. I emailed Rhino and they immediately fixed the mistake and upgraded me to the correct license. Even though it wasn't there mistake. "
