"Rhino has supplied us with Cisco Meraki hardware for a couple years. All in all we're satisfied but they made one glaring, simple technical error in ordering antennas for a MR84 which resulted in us running a network crippling configuration for over a year without realizing it. Changing the antennas to a manufacturer supported configuration resolved it instantly. Our rep also had a hard time getting handle on Meraki to make sure an critical overnight shipping order placed over the weekend shipped on Monday (it didn't) and we ended up barely making the install deadline. They were relatively unremorseful and passed the buck to Cisco. "

"First of all the Meraki packaging is amazing, a work of art. Though we did not get a power cord for the MX64, but I don't think that is the reseller issue, it was probably packaged at Meraki HQ. Everything else was fine. Reseller was quick with answers on email and phone - they answered the phone right away and were very helpful and friendly.
So my experience with Rhino is limited to one device and a contract, but so far they seem to be excellent service providers. "
