When I enquired about one particular matter it was quickly addressed.
I later received a call from my Cisco rep who seemed very pleased that I had chosen to purchase from Rhino too.
There was a delay receiving the licence that I had purchased from Cisco but Rhino warned me in advance of this so I was not concerned by the delay. (The delay seems to be a Cisco issue rather than a Rhino issue).
All things considered I'd have to say that I'm a very happy customer who will gladly come back"
