"I was referred to Rhino by Cisco/Meraki when it was time to renew my license, and basically all Meraki did was point me at Rhino's website (which I'm glad they did) with not much else.
When I renewed on Rhino's website, there wasn't much detail on what transpires next. When do I get my license key, emailed, snail mailed, what? I was concerned because my current license expired in 48 hrs and Meraki's saying it will no longer pass web traffic thru when it does. So I called reached out to Rhino by phone and got a very friendly person who explained that the license key took up to 48 hrs to generate, I would receive it via email. He also told not to worry about my A/P not passing traffic thru as there is generally a small grace period built in. He also explaind the reason for the basic order/renewal process was that by the time someone is referred to them, that Meraki should have explained the process and how it works.
Anyhow, it was nice to talk to someone who was friendly and knowledgeable and for this they get 5 stars ."
"Rhino was gave me excellent. I forgot 3 time to order either the license or the product for my Meraki gear. Each time this happened got a call they fixed it for me without a problem create a new cart or whatever was necessary for the order to go though. Would recommend Rhino to anybody needing to buy network gear.

"I made this purchase with the purpose of obtaining the subscription renewal key online in order that I could receive it online. After making the purchase, I called Rhino customer service and they explained to me that the new subscription key would arrive from Meraki. The purchase and original inquiry took place on a Thursday and it took a follow up call with Rhino the following Tuesday to inquire where the subscription key was. Rhino customer service had to call Meraki to process my order. My purchase with Rhino completely circumvented the original reason why I wanted to make this purchase online. I thought customer service resolved my problem very fast but that was 5 days after I placed the order but, as I previously mentioned, I had to follow up to find out why I had not received my purchase."
