"I bought a Nikon camera from these people in January and there was nothing on their web site highlighting this. Since then they changed their web site to show that they are selling a product not intended for the US market.
This means that the product will be impossible to be serviced in the US. Pay the extra money for a US warranty if you want Nikon products or just boycott Nikon USA and buy another camera brand. "

I'm still just learning about photography & work full time so it wasn't like this lens was something I examined often & could identify as incorrect at 1st glance. Simply asked to send the wrong one back (which is brand new) & get the correct one without paying for shipping & was told no. Over $500 purchase from them with 3 year warranty just 6 months ago treated like was a $9.99 purchase 5 years ago. Do not buy from them!"

Very short time allowed to return and then if you qualify they deduct a MINIMUM of 10 percent as a restocking fee, regardless of whether you want a traight return on an exchange. Their return policy is the worst among the major on-line camera stores."
