"Bought what I thought was a Nikon USA D610 camera body. Price 1496.95, street price for Nikon USA camera.
When I received the camera the camera box had been opened. There was no warranty card (first tip off something was wrong), no battery and no manual.

Called Ritz and they inform me this is "an import model" so no Nikon warranty.
Asked for immediate full refund, requested RMA.
Paid $33.95 for overnight shipping got it two days later
What a ripoff. I will never deal with Ritz again."
