" When ordering and ready for checkout after checking shipping costs I was given a shipping estimate and suddenly when about to purchase what should have been 1 package turned into 2 packages and likewise 2 times the shipping. When I asked at the online chat I was advised to call a salesperson. So not as easy to order, I called and the first salesperson I talked with didn't even ask for the order information and just he told me it was the right price and hung up immediately. Thinking the best and we maybe got disconnected I called back and got another salesperson and she asked me for my customer number and told me where I could find this number.
When I gave her that number she then confirmed we were talking about the same order and she told me because the prices were lower that the shipping was higher and also that my order was coming from 2 different locations and that was why the shipping was 2 times the original estimate. Two different packages not sure why since one was signs and the other had stickers of the same sign, but anyway I said my other vendors send 2 packages at their expense without additional shipping. I then said I would cancel and before I was able to finish saying "some of my order" she also hung up as if she didn't care. I did cancel the signs and up'd the number of stickers since I have the original signs aluminum plates, and I saved myself the double shipping charges since I only ordered from what I assume was one location.
Saving myself $35 in product cost and the additional $15 shipping costs as well. Caveat Emptor!!"
