The third ended up being shipped USPS -- but my order had specified my local UPS store, and it turns out that USPS won't leave a package at the UPS store if the recipient is not there. So USPS started the process to return it to Roberts -- I contacted Roberts support and they found another matching lens and shipped it out UPS to the same store and I got it in a few days -- so all is well! The problem is - the OEM box was torn open and the camera was lying loose inside a large eBay box, with two small pieces of bubble wrap and one small piece of packing paper.
