"If I could give zero stars I would. Jaime and Jess are the most rude, and professional “customer service” employees I have ever dealt with in my life. Requested to speak to Jaime’s superior, she transferred me to her subordinate Jess who equally gave me unacceptable trash customer service. When I asked, multiple times, to speak with someone different.. they refused. Jess hung up on me at one point. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I wish I had read the google reviews before ordering from this place, because it looks like the real problem is their customer service. I do t know how they run a company with these employees on staff. Isn’t the first issue with them, and won’t be the last. "
