"Purchased set of 7 irons from RockBottom (via eBay) that were listed as having KBS graphite shafts but received set with different shafts. Manufacturer’s label on box clearly showed they had a different (not KBS) shaft. Returned for refund. Subsequently saw set of 6 irons (same model w/KBS graphite) listed on sale on the RockBottom.com website (not eBay). Placed order, again received irons with different shafts and again the box was clearly labeled as not having the shafts that were advertised. Once again, returned them for refund but wasted 2 weeks and several trips to the post office. They apparently list things they don’t actually have in stock and their order fulfillment people don’t actually read the labels on the boxes when they pull them for shipment. Never again!"

"This golfing smartwatch arrived in NZ well ahead of schedule. As it was over a weekend it took a few days to travel the final 200km to my home address - but still within the allotted time. Well done!
This later model version replaced a well used Golf Buddy WT 4(also purchased from Rockbottom several years ago) which had served me very well. Apart from a few hiccups getting used to the touch screen technology I am very pleased with its performance. Easily copes with 18 holes with only about half the battery power used. No difficulty in accessing several different courses.
