"If you live outside the US you are in for a big surprise!

Buried deep in the fine print this business abdicates all responsibility for duties.

All other US based sites advise me of pending duties if they apply. This includes all the golf retailers I use for equipment. Some direct you to a Canadian site where all Costs are included in the quoted price others just tell you the details.

Duty charges amount to up to 40 % of the cost which makes Rockbottom the most expensive retailer on the continent.

They also are rude in customer service and arrogant.


“Bottom line is this sir...Do not place orders with companies if you do not plan on living up to your part of the agreement.

If you do not finalize this with UPS we will block you, and will not be refunding you as this order will be destroyed in your country and we will not get the order back nor are we responsible to pay any of those fees as you agreed to that when you placed the order and confirmed it.“

If you can be this arrogant and rude to a good customer good luck to anyone in the US or elsewhere if you have a problem. Look carefully at the other reviews, you are about to get abused.

"I inadvertently purchased right handed clubs and need left handed. I sent a message to customer service via email from the website to explain and try to cancel the order. I did not get a response. My order arrived as expected. I sent 2 more messages to customer service asking for instructions to return my purchase and never got anything more than an automated response to say my message had been received. I had to google the phone number for customer service. I called once I found it. No one answered my call and instead I was given the opportunity to leave a voice mail message which I did and again, I have not heard back from anyone. "

"I had placed an order for a few items. I chose the site as they offered great prices. When I received my shipment, only half of my order was sent. This organization uses a third party shipper. I tried contacting the shipper - they could not help as they only ship what was sent from the vendor (Rock Bottom Golf). I then asked for a viable number to contact and was only given their e-mail. I sent an e-mail regarding my situation and was given an automated response that my situation would be resolved in "4 Business Hours".

It has been well over "4 Business Hours" and I still have not heard word from them in regard to the goods I have already FULLY paid for. I attempted to call their 1800 number, but was forced to voicemail. I left a message there, but I am not holding out hope for a reply either.

This vendor may have good prices, but good luck if your order is messed up, incomplete, and/or inaccurate as there is NO customer service support that can address concerns in a timely or effective manner.

Bottom Line - I would choose to pay a bit more for something else. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!"

"I hate the kind of service when one carrier performs the pick up of the shipment ( UPS ) and then somewhere along the transit the package gets transferred to other carrier (USPS) and get delivered. The package was crushed, the top flaps completely open - pretty bad shape. The two putter grips I ordered were complete and without damages
