"I contacted several stores before only one finally took the time to answer my questions which is Rocky Road Outfitters. I spent several days going back and forth with Glenn who works there. Pretty much the best customer service I have ever received from any online retail store. He was a really knowledgeable guy and he hooked me up with the perfect lift and rock sliders for my Toyota. Can't say enough about how great the customer service was there. This was my first time buying with Rocky Road, but definitely not my last. A+ !"

"I recently invested 1600 bucks into these people and after a month + I'm still waiting for parts. I've been given three ETA's and they still have not been delivered. I bought a diff guard from them on eBay (three weeks ago) and I just learned that the "shop" has not manu'd it yet. This was never mentioned in the auction. Check out their eBay feedback - TERRIBLE! And it's all the same thing: Sold items they didn't have, took forever to ship and blamed everything on the buyer (or UPS). Google them and look at buyer reviews. These people put out a pretty good product, I just don't understand the underhanded business practices and, well, out-'n-out lies!! If you have a choice you should seek your parts elsewhere if at all possible. That is, unless you enjoy a good headache!!"

"Ordered April 22; shipped May 16. This was a suspension package of shocks, springs and struts for a Nissan Pathfinder. One shock was received in defective condition, although there was no damage to shipping boxes. Rocky Road Outfitters would not send a new shock, even though they shipped a broken part, and made me go through the manufacturer (OME) as a warranty claim. The USA distributor of the product, ARB, said this was incorrect on the part of Rocky Road Outfitters, and agreed it amounted to poor customer service. For its part, the customer service people at ARB USA did a good job, and the part manufacturer, OME (Old Man Emu) makes a quality product. Rocky Road Outfitters though, has some questionable business practices and appalling customer service"
