Rokkitwear does not store, save, or archive any credit card data for the protection of our customers. Any pre-population of that information is up to your personal browser settings and has nothing to do with the Rokkitwear system.
It seems that you had technical issues with both the third party survey provider and Rokkitwear. These are two separate companies and domains. Sounds like you might have some sort of network issues. What browser and version were you using? Were you using a desktop computer or a mobile device? Were you using a wireless network? Were you on a home, corporate, or educational institution network?”
