"I have been purchasing items from Rosegal since approximately November 2016, and for the most part I have been quite satisfied with my experience. On a couple of occasions, I was informed that the items I purchased were no longer in stock, or unavailable from the manufacturer, but Rosegal was prompt to resolve the issue by offering various options (i.e., refund; a comparable or different product). At one point, one item I purchased was out of stock but once it became available, I was informed that it was shipped, and the tracking information reflected the shipment; however, I never received it, even though it was supposedly delivered. I informed Rosegal to this effect, and they promptly apologized and refunded me the purchase price - great Customer Service!"

"I luv your website!!! I started using Rosegal on my phone. Loved it, however with today's technology it was hard to find SKU#'s. But that is just today's tech. Once I realized that the website offers all the answers I simply got up and went to my pc. I received everything but one dress. It is on back order. the jewelry I purchased came in broken, but it is fixable. no complaints. I have shared your app and website with my friends and discovered I have friends all over that use you widely. My reason for coming to you folks in the first place, I am getting married, and didn't want a traditional wedding dress. It is summer who wants to be in a long hot gown. My brides maid mentioned Rosegal, and I have been excited every since. also I have a little 7 year old niece, that stays with me in the summer. I let her design her own room decor, with the a little help from Rosegal, she got exactly what she wanted. A room full of glow in the dark stars, a moon lite tapestry and a sign that says we love you to the moon and back. She loves it and I adore her. We have decided that 200 more glow in the dark stars will be ordered and installed on her ceiling. We have been failing asleep under the stars for years, and now she can do it in the comfort of her own room!!! Thanks Rosegal for making her stay a comfy one. One more thing, I will be posting wedding pictures of our wonderful dresses. I am still waiting on one more to arrive, but I have confidence it will get here before our date"
"I am still waiting on a refund. I have waited more than the 14 business days they expect. When trying to contact Rosegal you can only email them there is not a good phone# since it rings two times then switches to busy. I will continue to give bad reviews until I get my money back. "

I've sent contacts to the website, and they tell me "Shipping can take up to 45 business days" But no where on their site is that told to the customer. Now they are offering to refund me, finally, or resend. Sure, I want to wait ANOTHER 45 business days for you to fail to deliver on your product again. I felt the same exact way. But i decided to give em a try and see whats all the fuzz is about. They really do have cute stuff and it's free shipping. But to all good things there is a downside. Shipping could be quick or take a while depending on what you order. They are an international company so the sizing will be different than what you are used to. They do provide a sizing chart which is pretty useful and they have tracking for your order. If anything happens customer support will be there to help resolve your issue."
