"I had a great experience with Rosegal. With some of the comments I had seen, it was pretty easy to avoid others' frustrations. I paid close attention to the sizing charts and measured myself accordingly to the tops I ordered. Each item has a processing date below it, so if some are longer than others, you will receive those items later. I also purchased the tracking number for $1.99 for my convenience. I ordered my four tops on April 18th. They shipped out on the 19th, and I received them May 9th. That is about the usual time rate for something overseas coming to the United States. I love all my tops. You can save yourself much frustration by simply paying attention to the information provided on the website. Will definitely be ordering again. I did not have any misfortunes with sizing because I consulted very carefully the sizing guides and I was careful to chose clothes that were exposed on model so I could have a more accurate comparison. The shipping indeed can be a hassle, but being a free service and without any taxes I pass over it. Just be sure that you do not need the item for an urgent occasion. I think most other's problem come from not reading the sizing charts, which is very important as the clothes are in Asian sizes, and are much different from North American sizes. I've bought many things over the years: shirts, dresses, shoes, wigs, jewelry, swimsuits, and everything has been perfect. Customer support is always quick to reply if I ever had a question. Shipping has also been pretty decent. The packages come from overseas so of course they will take a while, but I always receive them within 3-4 weeks. They claim they can't ship the items because of the weight (3lbs max it is a swimsuit). They offered to send it another way and refund the cost of shipping that I had paid 10-25 days shipping. Also said one of the swimsuits was on back order 2 weeks. I cancelled my order, lets see if I get my money back now.
