"I had purchased 2 dresses and 2 decorations for Christmas functions on 28th November. At the time I was not advised that the dresses were not in stock. The first I grew suspicious was that the first delivery note was partial shipping.

Following up with customer service they told me dresses where were on back order with dates 17th December to 21st. I had then decided to pay for faster shipping ($28USD) using UPS in order to secure delivery before Christmas.

The dresses left Hong Kong 15th. I had expected with the expensive courier i would receive them on Thursday Friday the following week.

However they did not make it on time. Further the package looked like a normal delivery and there was no evidence of a different courier (UPS) being involved. The dresses were received on 5th Of January, I was disappointed.
