"Ordered some very cute tops. They fit as expected and were a great price. Shipping was a little slow but still arrived within the time frame mentioned on the site (I think it took about 2 weeks). Material was a little thin, but not see-though. Can't complain at all. "

1. Showing stock availability , but after order they can not deliver due to stock issue.
2. Refund only to the wallet not to own personal bank account. It means that we have to spend again our money for someone else on Rosegal.
3. Slow reaction times / answers for our submitted questions or claims (tickets).
4. They offer for everything R points on other words you can gather easily points, which you can convert to cash (50 points = 1 USD), but the trick is that you can use only up to 10% of the sales price of the product and on top you can not use for covering the delivery cost and insurance of the delivery so anyhow you should pay.
5. You can easy get coupons (discount) which is usually 10% - 15 % of the product also can not be used for delivery and shipping cost, but in general all products are overvalued and chaining the price frequently.
6. Price change is very often happening for individual (same) product without any logic due to this fact the company is not accurate and not predictable. As an example i bought something the price was 6 USD one week later they advertised the following the original price is 48 USD , but they can sell now by 28 USD.
7. They are very slow. They are promising the following: after the order they can ship the product within 24 hours if the order is big, if small quantities 3-5 business day. I have a order now which is in stock and after 10 days is still not shipped in spite of the fact that i have sent several message to them and asking about the status , but they can not give me any concrete answer, only wait.
One ore be careful with the sizes absolutely not fitting with the standard sizes.
