I buy from the store since 2017, I really like the pieces, they are of quality and rarely disappointed with what I ordered. Sometimes I end up missing the measurements I can not use because it was tight, but the fabric is good, the pieces have a good finish. Worth a try.
My last order was a long print dress, which was actually an exchange, because two pieces were out of stock, and the support helped me to solve by changing this piece, already checked the screening has already been sent to my city I'm looking forward to he arrives at my house.

"I have placed 4 orders with Rosegal and they have always delivered, the quality of the products were good and the sizes have always been fine for me. I wish they would offer more xsml though. One order had to be resent, but because I had added the shipping insurance there were no issues getting an order resent. The first couple of orders I placed in Dec/Jan and those took the longest or I had issues with the product arriving. January everything closes down in China so I would suggest if you want sometime to arrive in a timely manner do not order in Dec/Jan. Otherwise my last order came really fast. I will be ordering from Rosegal again :)"
"**I have updated this review as since I gave 1 star their customer services has been amazing.**They don't tell you that you'll get charged import charges. I used these once and didn't get charged. This time my parcel only cost £46 and now I'm being billed £41.69p for import costs. Their customer services didn't originally contacted me back but they since have and did state that it is buyers responsibility for import costs but will refund this for me as a one off. I stated that no where when you purchase items does it states this. No email contains it until u get the shipping email AFTER you've paid and received the payment confirmation email. This warning should be visible at checkout. As I can't afford expensive charges like this I won't use them again but this is a shame as the clothes are lovely."
