"I placed an order at Rose Gal Dec 15th 2017, order # Z1712150846398207. It was probably one of the busiest times for online order. My package didn't arrive as Rose Gal estimated, I contacted them and I was told during high peak season shipping may get delayed. They set a due date for the waiting period, which I was not quite happy with but understood the situation. At the end of the waiting period, I still didn't get the package, I contacted Rose Gal and got refund very easily.
Although this didn't have a good start, but it did ended in a way that I feel respected and valued, and thus I still trust Rose Gal as a good choice for online purchase.
