As for the goods, they were all very nice quality and the size chart on the rosegal page was very well done so I got everything in my perfect size, no need to resend or be upset about the fit. Half of my closet is cool rosegal clothes now and I recently noticed they have wigs, which I ordered to try ofc and the quality suprised me! "I ordered Christmas items in the middle of November. Half my order was shipping from a city in California only about 30 minutes away from my house. It took over two weeks for that package to get to me, I was watching the tracking site and it was just sitting at the delivery place for two weeks. The other half of my order was coming from some other country and didn’t come until end of January. The items I got were low quality, one of them was a Christmas printed pillow case and the design was stretched so it was a little distorted, it looked like the design in windows Paint program. Horrible, complete waste of money, I will never order from them again.

Edit: customer service found my review and refunded my order so I am somewhat satisfied now but I still won’t be ordering from them again, quality of items is too poor. "

"I ordered from RoseGal December 29 and received my items about 2 weeks later on January 12, they shipped out January 2 so the order was processed through fairly quickly. The estimate they give you is 8-15 business days. The reason sites like this can offer relatively low prices and free shipping is typically because they use a cheaper, slower method of shipment, so be prepared to wait and I was. They provided tracking numbers so I always knew where my items were. At one point I had added 2 of an item to my order and checked out but I realized my mistake quickly and I contacted them and they quickly cancelled my order with no fuss. They also have a feature that allows you to add everything in a previous order back to your cart so it wasn't a hassle getting everything I wanted back in my cart. They also will send emails when your order has shipped which includes your tracking number. The items were decent quality. Not flimsy or cheap feeling like items you might get on an app like wish. They all fit me, but were a bit big but this order was to check out the quality and sizing of the items and aside from a few unclipped threads they looked and felt good. I got 10 items for around $150 so the prices are quite reasonable. They have more unique pieces than many American sites offer so if you're in the market for something a little different check it out."
