"Their prices are good (I often compare prices on multiple sites to get the best price). Their customer service is excellent - courteous, timely, and very responsive. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because several items I order end up being out of stock even though it wasn't indicated as such when I placed the order. Sometimes the shipping fee is a bit pricey. However, being able to use R points is very helpful. Also, I sometimes look forward to reviewing the items I really like, but if one item in the same order is not available, I am unable to review the other items. "
