"I placed an order from Rose wholesale, I ordered two bathing suites, one small and one medium, I'm between sizes. I saw a lot of good reviews and thought everything would be good. Placing the order and paying for it wasn't the problem, the problem was that they gave me a tracking number and I followed it, the tracking information stated it would be delivered on a Monday but then it changed and said it was delivered on Saturday, I never got my package!! I sent them a message and got a generic reply with my tracking number, I know what my tracking number is, my problem was that I did not receive my order. I sent them another message and they then replied and asked me to verify my name and address and to contact my post office as well as my neighbors. I did so, the post office did not have my package and neither did my neighbors. I sent them another message with that information. They now told me that basically it's my loss they sent it and for my troubles they will give me 10% off my next order, MY NEXT ORDER?!?!? I never got my first order!!!! Now I'm out my bathing suits and my money!! If i could give "0" stars i would have."

"Let me explain you my experience with Rosewholesale. I'm a customer since April 2015, I have placed several orders since that date. At the beginning caught my attention the variety and low prices of their products, but being honest, I was disappointed several times with the bad quality of some of their products and the problems with the sizes of the items. In addition I have experienced problems of out of stock items that on their website appears like available, so I spent a lot for expedited shipping of items that I never received. I received some replaces or refunds of their part, but never the same quantity that I spent. All these factors made that the expierience of buying cheap result more expensive for me, or lost of money, so I stop buying with them for more than a year.
