I always bought items with very low prices and I have to say the quality was adequate, certainly they weren't luxury products or haute couture, but were worth their price. "I have made plenty of purchases through Rosewholesale: clothes, accessories, jewelry even shoes. I wasn't very keen in ordering via internet but this shop has a very good variety in products and the prices are probably the best among asian sites. The quality of the products is fairly good, considering that you read carefully the descriptions so that you know exactly what you order. The sizing is a bit of a problem if you are European but fortunately they offer larger sizes more and more nowadays. Delivery by China Post is not very quick, I'm afraid. It is pretty obvious that any other means of shipping cancells the whole philosophy of ordering from asian sites in the first place, which is keeping the cost at a minimum...Customer service is good. They respond fast and politely. Once an item was out of stock, they gave me a complete refund with no fuss. The point system thing is a good idea but it doesn't really make a significant difference in the price. Overall, my experience with Rosewholesale has been satisfying. I will be making more purchases from them in the future. I just wish they offered larger sizes, especially in boots!

"I made a purchase with this company January 20th and was charged for items January 21st in the amount of $34.11. After about a month of not receiving the product I contacted customer service and was told that because I didn’t request shipping my items whereabouts were not known but to give it a little more time. A couple more weeks went by and I requested my money back or the order. I was told to wait until March 20th, making the time two months, and if the items still had not been sent to me then we could discuss a proposal. It has not been two months and 6 days with still no money returned, no shipment.
There are a number of issues that I have with this company at the moment but first the last customer service "resolution" was to either have me pay for half of the shipping so that it can be re-sent, or I would only get half of my money back due to no insurance policy. WHAT?! I want my money back in my bank immediately whether that is company policy or not that is very poor customer service and a very dishonest way to run a business. I never received my order so I should not be paying a single cent, in fact after two months I should be getting a free shipment and my money back. If this money is not in my account within the next seven days the next step is legal action. This is a very dishonest way to run a business whether this is in the fine print as policy or not. A customer paying for an item should either get the item, or not have to pay. To ask me to pay more to have it re-sent when the trustworthiness is already cut is diminished is crazy and then to say you can only pay me back half of the money is a complete scam.
I have already submitted an alert with my Visa and my bank, which happens to be the bank for hundreds of thousands of military members. If they investigate this company and see the scams as accurate they will flag it so all members will not be able to shop or purchase there without getting an alert sent.
UPDATE: I told my bank, Navy Federal Credit Union, about the issue and sent them a copy of all customer service email conversations. Within 24 hours I got a return email saying the money was awarded back to my card and the dispute was closed. They are an awesome bank to be a part of and unlike this company truly take care of their people. Best part is they most likely have investigated and flagged them as a fraudulent company so the other thousands of members do not get taken advantage of. Go Navy Federal!"
