On 20 February, I ordered items from Rosewholesale. On 24 February I came across really bad reviews about Rosewholesale and I started to panic. When I checked the status of my order, it said "Processing". Immediately I wrote to customer service enquiring when my order will be shipped. (I didn't even notice that I ordered during Chinese New Year holiday!). They responded on the same day telling me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and gave me an option of choosing other item or get a refund. I couldn't risk it, I chose a refund and asked the to ship the rest. On 25 February I received a confirmation that my order has been shipped together with tracking number. On 27 February I got my refund for the item that was out of stock. All in all I'm really happy with how the customer service dealt with my problem and for that I give them 5 star!"

To make a long story short:

I ordered 4 items and received only 3. When I got the package no one told me the 4th item is out of stock (why charging me in the first place??), only after I complained (Support ticket #T38788823110) they admitted it wasn't sent in the first place and they are going to refund it – which never happened, after more than two months of messages thread.

Second, the 3 items I did receive – not even close to what they appear on web site (colors, sizes, etc.); according to them, they are willing to refund only 85% because of a return fee of 15% which isn't mentioned in the policy. Needless to say, I'm not going to send them back until I get a refund for the 4th item I never received.

It's not the first time I buy on line, but it's definitely the first and the last time I buy from this place. Be careful!"

ordered some clothes in november with fast delivery around 6-7 days. Nothing arrived. In 2-3 weeks after constant communication and pushing from my end - they figured out that delivery failed their side.
i didn't need the goods that late, so asked for refund. Now it's been 3 (!!!!) months of constant messaging - AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK.
