"got two highlighted (apparent) error messages- first was 'unable to resolve...VIN number' and a billing address error (with a 'send anyway' option).
Maybe this means something to you but to me, the customer, it's gibberish. I placed the order, it seemed to be accepted. Not sure what happened. This after I tried calling the parts department where I got put on hold. After awhile I hung up.
I'll wait to see if I get an email from the order system.
I'm sure this is great for a commercial buyer but as a retail customer I don't interact with your site regularly. Right now I'm feeling like it was designed by a company that could care less about me. Probably true.
