"My local dealer failed at the simple task of ordered a little plastic interior part, ordered wrong part for obviously a different model. At parts.toyota.com it was easy to find the right part, by myself. Roseville Toyota shipped it fast and it fit correctly since it IS the correct little plastic interior trim cap. After that excellent experience I returned to purchase FIVE TRD RIMS!!! The price at parts.toyota.com looked good... and then Roseville Toyota further discounted the price significantly for a most excellent deal on beautiful brand new TRD rims. The parts department at my local dealer remains surly & incompetent, but no worries, I shop online at parts.toyota.com!!!"

Cash in hand only to be turned away and told to place an order online and wait two days. Let alone getting swarmed by car salesmen when i drove up.
