"I ordered 2 of the 3/4" 4'x6' Extreme Mats from them for use as heavy duty home gym flooring. The mats arrived rolled up and they were both completely cracked down one side (through two layers of mat, so the mats are broken into at least 3 pieces). These are completely useless to me and I've been trying to get them replaced for two weeks now.

They ignored my first email and now twice over chat I've been told they are going to put in for a replacement but I've gotten no actual confirmation of this replacement order whatsoever. At this point I can't even contact them thru the phone or chat since they're so impacted."

My only complaint about this flooring is that it is not a snug fit in places. I'm not going to fuss about it, as it's for a basement. Installation is fast and easy. Closer enough to perfect for me!"

"I placed an order on July 4th with a 40% off coupon. I needed the flooring before July 25th. I told them that when I placed the order. A few days later, they sent me an email, saying my item was not in-stock, and they would cancel my order or they could change it to a different color that would be in-stock. I told them to go ahead and change my order. When they went to place a new order, they said my 40% off coupon is invalid. I had to speak to a manager to get the 40% off applied to the new order - over 2 hours on the phone. I got my new order placed with the 40% off. The new ship date came and went. They told me my product would be in-stock soon, but it wasn't yet...then, on August 17th, they canceled my order - even though I sent 5 unanswered emails to customer service asking for an order update. Then, on August 18th, I called their customer support number once more. Got transferred to sales, and spent over an hour on the phone with them. After I finished, the sales rep said he would have a manager call me that day or the next to get everything cleared up. It's now a full week later, and no one has called me. This is the ABSOLUTE worst company to try and buy something from. I recommend you steer far and away from them especially if you need something in a timely manner or expect any type of customer service whatsover!!!!!!"
