"I currently can not recommend Rubber Flooring Inc during the Covid-19 situation. Here is my story:
Like many others trying to build their home gym right during Covid-19, I realized I needed gym flooring, so I went with these guys after a couple of recommendations from friends. I made my order 5/14 but soon recognized that I needed to reassess the number of mats I needed. The shipping is crazy expensive and I didn't want to do a reorder. I chatted with them online to cancel my order. I was told I need to speak to a manager because the amount was over $1000 and they would call me back the same day. So I waited but never received a phone call. The following day I waited until 2 pm and no phone call so I called them and was finally able to speak to a manager. My request was approved and was told he would send it over to his account team right away to get my order canceled.
Today is 5/20, and my order is still not canceled. Again I went online to get a status update and was told I needed to speak to a manager to get a status update. Why is it so hard to cancel this order? Why do I require a manager's approval to cancel this order or even to get a status update?
So now I'm waiting again for a manager's phone call to see the status of my cancellation. I already remeasured everything out and was ready to reorder, but at this point, I think I'm going to order from another company. Why would I reorder when my first order isn't even canceled? It's a simple request.
I understand it's a crazy time right now, but you would think once it reaches to a manager, things would get done.
** Update: 5/26 - I've been contacted by one of their managers on 5/22 because of this post, but I still have not received my refund. I have not received a cancel confirmation email.....absolutely nothing. "
