"Not sure why, for a 10'x10' room, it was suggesting I'd need 21 3'x3' tiles. Even if I shrank my request to fill a 9'x9' it suggested 16 tiles. Took 5 different attempts by me to gain clarification, before I actually spoke with support and they claimed, "That's weird. I'll have to talk to my merchanidising team about that"

Not a lot of confidence in this business, but I'm hoping that the actual product makes up for the weird disorganized way they run their website and service.
