Finally, I just used my credit card. When I attempted to submit, it gave me an erros saying my Tax should be 5.82 but is zero. It had the tax calculated in the order so not sure where the hang up was. Finally made and account (signed up instead of guest) and the order finally went through. Very cumbersome. Hope the product ships faster and is better quality than the payment glitches I encountered. "

"Tapered edges are not calculated based on the number of matts you order, the image showing the edges isn't all that easy to understand either. I had to draw the matts & edges in autocad to determine how many tapered edges I need, plus a few extra for me to modify if needed."
