"Received my beautiful rug yesterday. It came quickly without damage. It arrived folded. It is 10' x 14'. It was folded into a little bundle about 2' x4' x 1 1/2'. It was packaged in only a clear plastic bag without any other supporting protection. However I am happy to report it arrived safely. It is huge! I was concerned the fold lines would not completely dissappear. But mostly all have relaxed in only two days. Upon arrival I placed the rug in my desired location. I used an 18" x 24" acrylic cutting board and squeeged across the rug to hurry the fold lines and mi I bubbles to the edges of the rug. I started in the dead center of the rug and made T's then X's across the rug to force it to lie flat. It took about two hours. Afterwards I placed my furniture around it. The quality is good. The design is well executed. It is a statement piece of art flooring. The rug designer hit it out of the park! I LOVE IT!!!"
