"I initially ordered a rug back on Dec 30th. I recieved an immediately confirmation number, but never recieved my rug. Then 5 days later I called to see when it would be arriving, and the customer service told me that it was never shipped because of an invalid credit card number. I stressed that i was never notified that it was an invalid number and he acted like he could literally careless and talked and laughed to someone in the background when on the phone with me. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said I will forward you to her voicemail, but you probably won’t recieve a call back. When I asked why, he said she was going to be busy. “very busy”, then abruptly sent me to her voicemail. This is my first time ordering from RugsUSA by a recommendation from my friend, and already it was a terrible first time experience and I still haven’t recieved a call back from the supervisor , or recieved the new rug I ordered."

"I am very happy with the pricing, especially with the Memorial Day sale, however, I have ordered from Rugs USA several times and the system would not allow me to login. It kept giving me an error message and kept timing me out and making me wait 5 minutes, over and over again. I tried resetting my password several times and it didn't work. I ended up ordering without logging in. I would like this order linked to an account rather than just having the order placed as a guest in case I need to refer back to it at a later date. Can Customer Service assist me with this?"
