"I initially ordered a rug back on Dec 30th. I recieved an immediately confirmation number, but never recieved my rug. Then 5 days later I called to see when it would be arriving, and the customer service told me that it was never shipped because of an invalid credit card number. I stressed that i was never notified that it was an invalid number and he acted like he could literally careless and talked and laughed to someone in the background when on the phone with me. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said I will forward you to her voicemail, but you probably won’t recieve a call back. When I asked why, he said she was going to be busy. “very busy”, then abruptly sent me to her voicemail. This is my first time ordering from RugsUSA by a recommendation from my friend, and already it was a terrible first time experience and I still haven’t recieved a call back from the supervisor , or recieved the new rug I ordered."

"The signing in process is ridiculous. I’ve never been forced to use an authentication app for an online store and I couldn’t sign in on a different device even though I followed the process. I wanted to use my iPhone with Apple Pay set up to check out but the cart didn’t load. Great products but terrible online experience."
