"My experience was flawless, but as some here suggested I had no problems at all and never had to contact customer support. In that matter and can't state anything either good or bad. The price was good, and the itens delivered on time as expected. Thats all I can expect... I might go with the reviews saying that as long as everything goes accordingly, ex. dont have to send pair back, or wanted to return, it works perfectly. Dreadful return experience
2 pairs of shoes, both faulty. Not their fault. It happens.
Their "Hassle free returns" and "Best return policy in Australia" are very difficult. 4 weeks to replace first pair. Second pair have been returned and when I asked where they were the response was

Once our returns department in Melbourne reach your parcel in the pile they will email you with the requested outcome written on your form.
Please allow 14/21 days for your return to be dealt with. If you have any other quires please give our team a call. "

After spending about an hour, maybe an hour and a half shopping for shoes, I had a nice tidy bundle in my shopping cart.
I went through the checkout. Entered my credit card information. And set about my day, expecting the shoes to arrive in about a week.
The next day, I get an email stating that my order was cancelled. What a waste of time!"
"I ordered a pair of Hoka One One Clifton 1 on April 30, 2019 and they were delivered free the next day May 1, 2019 by GSO which was one of the delivery options at checkout. PayPal was a purchase option so I took a risk and ordered even after reading a few of the bad reviews here. I received exactly what I ordered and they were delivered faster than expected. I was expecting them to be delivered in 3 - 5 days. So yeah, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and their service. "

"I had an easy experience with them. Ordered shoes, had them shipped to a friend's place since I was on the road at the time. Got the shoes and realized I should have ordered a half size up. I hand wrote a note on my old order form asking that the shoes get shipped to my house and completed their questionnaire on the opposite side. Dropped the shoes at UPS and four days later I had a notice that my new slightly larger shoes were on their way directly to my house. Easy, peasy. Like I like. "
"I gave them a 5 star review being very impressed with the return label included in the package etc. I found the socks sold to me were KNOCK-OFFS.
I have original Balega socks bought from Road Runner and the finish of the socks on the inside is perfect. The socks I bought from running warehouse had the inside full of short open threads like a shag rug! I paid with a paypal balance, so I cannot go to my credit card company. With the hassle of printing material to include with the return etc. getting my money back could take a month!"
