"I just purchased pentium 4 cpu from them and its been 11 days now and still no word from Runtime. I tried calling there office and much like the person before me wrote, there mailbox is completely full and you cant even leave a message. I tried emailing and still have not recieved a response. A business that is willing to take your money, keep their product, and never contact you is a bit of a problem. today I plan on calling the BBB."

"Feb 22, 2006 Purchased memory chips advertised as major brand (Samsung/Micron/Infineon/Nanya). Received offbrand SuperTalent which ended up not being compatible with server according to IT. Contacted Runtime 3/1/06 for RMA 3/2/06 and returned product for refund. Received email 3/9/06 saying charges refunded but no credit ever surfaced. Numerous calls to local and toll-free numbers which rolled to voicemail which was full. Interesting thing is their website says all inquiries, technical support and other important communication MUST be conducted by telephone. Since they never answer their phone and let their voicemailbox remain full I would think this would easily qualify as fraud. Additional emails and faxes to Runtime begging them to respond or let me know when I can reach someone with no response and no refund. I'm out $184.80 and they have our money and their product. I filled a complaint with BBB Detroit Complaint ID#2244606 on 5/22/06 and just got a call today saying the companies mail had been returned and BBB closed my complaint. I personally would definitely NOT recommend doing business with Runtime. This was my first and last business dealing with them."

Called runtime computer using their 866 toll-free # and DMA# was quickly issued over the phone.

Now, I have to keep my fingers crossed for the replacement CPU and let's hope it's alll good if I can get it by the end of next week.."

1. Paid for "name brand" memory, and received "generic"- that didn't work. Email invoice also said "name brand". I paid for return shipping.
2. Took them 11 days from receiving back memory, and a phone call, to get a refund (product only) on my credit card.

Have used them 3 times, and this was the first problem. They need a "memory finder", and better product specs.!"
