"Well I spoke to a live sales rep to find out if the materials I was needing were In Stock and ready to ship. As they stated everything was, I placed my order.

Then it took almost a week to ship. Come to find out the order was not complete.

I reached out to see about when the remaining part of my order would ship, they said they would look into it and get me an update...........crickets. it has been a week since then and still ha e not heard anything. I am a business and now have a client that commissioned us for a project that we are 3 weeks into waiting on materials.

Unacceptable in any case and the lack of communication is discrediting to them.

Once this order gets fulfilled, probably won't be returning for business and probably won't be recommending."

"The brushed grain run's vertical not horizontal, I asked the contact person if i could exchange the roll for a wider roll and i would pay the difference. I was told the company policy is no returns period. The product looked good but if you are to cover a distance of more than 12", you have to order a 24" roll so the grain runs horizontal . I will order from someone else and perhaps I might use this on another project in the future rather than just scrap it"
