"I have ordered several times for them no problem. The other day I placed an ordered from my phone. Review my order all good shows the Azure blue Metallic. Placed it a few minutes later get the order confirmation shows almond. So I immediately contact the CS department. Lady says she can't correct it herself but will talk to her supervisor and took my email to contact me when it was taken care of. Nothing the rest of the evening until I got the shipping info with the wrong item. Many emails later basically that they couldn't correct the order after it was downloaded or something like that. Basically what it boiled dow to is it was close to the end of the day and it didn't get taken care of. So they bounced back to their policy on cut vinyl is not refundable. So if using them insure the order is 100% correct before submitting because if not as soon as you press send its yours. Use a different supply house."

"In the past, I have used door edge guards that were pre-shaped and simply pressed into place. From the images on your site, I could not determine what they looked like or how they were applied. I don't think there was an attempt to mislead but I do believe there could have been more information on the page that would have better demonstrated the form of this product. The strips of vinyl I received came with no instructions regarding installation on my vehicle. There were two of the strips that had a significant curvature and again no indication of which door to apply which strip to. I found it difficult to achieve a good installation of the product as I am not a professional vinyl film installer and without specific directions, it was challenging. I did find videos related to other vehicles and film products and I applied those techniques. I would not buy this product again and had I been able to determine their form I would not have purchased it in the first place."

If I could score zero stars, I would. I was never able to get my order placed. So I am shopping elsewhere for a similar product.
Customer service was useless. They told me to do what I had already done and the order cancelled. USELESS!!!"
