"The product did not ship within the time frame that they gave. I had to contact customer support to actually get the product shipped and then they messed up my address so I did not receive the shipment. I still do not have the product and they will not grant a refund. I am very dissapointed and will not be purchasing anything else from them. "

"I ordered tint and installation kit for my vehicle. Item came and did not include installation kit. They then tried to say I didn't pay for it, I spoke with another person and showed them the receipt and they saw I did pay for it. They finally sent it. They sent the wrong cut outs for my car. They ent the front window when I did not order it and did not send side windows when I did. The directions they sent were incorrect for my product as it came without any adhesive peel side. They now are not refunding me. what a terrible company. If I lived near these turds I would go have a little discussion with them."
"I ordered my tail light covers direct from their website. On June 25th the package was ready to be shipped. It wasn’t shipped until after I called in and said it’s been 9 days since you said you shipped it. I think it’s lost. (Tracking number showed it had not been collected by usps.) she replied the usps is running slow. I said no. It’s not scanned I to them. I paid an extra $20 to have priority shipping (3 days) and that’s basic usps. You can get anything from one location to another in 3 days with usps so they don’t actually expedite the shipping. You just spend $20 more for nothing. (Don’t buy it) the lady tried to tell me they couldn’t submit a list package until after 30 days. Which is WRONG priority mail , 7 days…. Postage stamps under a dollar 14 days.
After I threatened to dispute it with my credit card that day. It was mailed the next. Because it shows usps scanned at address their business is located.
So. Highly misleading. DONT spend the extra $20. Complete waste.

"I could not be more disappointed with my experience. I have to admit, my order arrived in less than a week so it was timely. What I received was absolute garbage. I paid about $80 for a dash kit that is basically a bunch of low quality stickers. I had ordered a dash kit from CarID & it was such better quality & makes the car look like came that way from the factory. I read Rvinyl's return policy and it said exchanges or store credit only. I emailed Rinyl to asked them to make an exception. They simply replied with a link to their return policy which I told them I already read. I sent them a couple of more emails and they basically took days to respond to each one and in the end did not resolve anything. I will never do business with this horrible company again. You should be able to return anything you order online even if they charge a slight fee for a return. You are better off using CarID if you need a dash kit."
