"I ordered a wrap that showed I stock. After two weeks of it not shipping I had to contact customer service 3 times before I was told it was on back order. Something I should have been told long before my having to contact the company. After a dealing with crappy customer service I was able to make a substitute. It didn’t ship. Once again I had to contact customer service who then sent me to the warehouse. They had no idea of the change that customer service had supposedly made. So it took me over 3 weeks to get something I should have had in about a week. Very disappointed in the way this company handles orders and their customer service. "

"I bought 6 Items from them, After waiting the week+ for the items to show up I open the package to find only 1 of 3 rolls I ordered were in it and it looked like they had been re-rolled in a sawmill. No Customer service phone number, Live chat would stop responding and switch me to a new person to start over and explain again, Finally I'm told to attach a picture to chat....then to email...then to explain all over again to the new person I'm emailing. after hours of waisted time trying to contact and resolve now no response.
Buyer beware, This is clearly just another foreign ran joke of a company with a great professional looking website ! "

"The tints did not fit on my headlights or windows nor did they adhere. Kept lifting off even after smoothing and heating. They refused to give me a refund. Very poor customer service. I understand the return policy IF the product were to fit in the first place. They send films that are barely cut to fit your vehicle and are not made to stick. If you are okay paying for useless plastic in the shape of your window or headlight, I guess these are for you. If you want something that actually sticks, well... don't expect a refund or any customer service "

To add insult to injury, the coupon doesn't even apply to shipping. It does seem that RVinyl doesn't care much about customer loyalty, but instead would rather make a few extra bucks off of customers who want to return items."
