Seeing that they were an Idaho based company I was a little relucant at first but their price was very good so I moved ahead with it. They do insist that they can ship from multiple warehouses nationwide after all. I assume that my product had to have shipped from Atlanta or maybe even someplace in Tennesee to see it next day on standard Fedex shipping. Product was well packaged and new and sealed. They came through for me! I will send them plenty of future biz!!! Highly recommend them."

"I think that they are very responsable and effective. I ordered a Abit Bd7-II Raid board and it came in defective so I did an RMA, had some minor problems with it and actualy I am waiting for the motherboard to get shipped back, since it seems to be in backorder. I really think that it is a grate place to buy, the only thing they have to get better with is the RMA service that is not so good, but the people are polite and give you a very good service, I talked to them several times by phone and I found them to be as good as no other costumer service has ever being with me....Would recomend widely."

"Purchased a brand new full featured P4S8X ASUS motherboard from them. Perfect condition, came indeed with all options on it. Just a doubtful sticker that was boasting a 645DX Chipset instead of the 648 from SIS. They scared me a minute but called ASUS and was told the P4S8X only comes with a 648 and nothing else.
Ordered a volcano 7+ to cool down the 2600MHz pentium CPU I had from some place else.
They did not say they did not have any in stock but instead, nicely upgraded for the Volcano 9 for the same price. The only problem is that they did not bother checking the compatibility and as you may know, volcano9 is for AMD XP socket CPUs only...
I was then stuck for a few days, time to find somebody else having that fan in stock, because of a fan missing....
I returned their wrong fan and had to insist to get the cost of shipping refunded as well! I did get 4 extra bucks to ship it back via USPS....Keith Sigler is a lot more helpful than a certain Dave out there...
Still had to wait 3 weeks for the refund to show up in my CC account but it eventually did after phone calls and emails. As a compensation, I was offered a 10$ credit on next purchase as well as a 20$ off on a Xtreme DDR PC3200 512Mb Samsung module. Not bad.

"Walk-in to the retail location. Very busy store, but the staff is polite and very helpful without any pressure. In-store prices are significantly higher than web or Pricewatch prices, but just mentioning the price from either place worked fine. Salesman promised that they would match any Internet price on the identical item. They are located in Boise, Idaho, which is not exactly a computer mecca, even though it's the home of Micron Technology. The level of service compared to the other local computer stores is superb and the prices are extraordinarily low. The only complaint is that they were out of stock of a couple of high demand items that I wanted."
