These guys are crooks and shouldn't be trusted. If I knew they changed their company name so many times I would have been suspicious and never ordered from them! I was worried I was going to have send it back or something. I didn't report this right away, but when I eventually did I got a very prompt reply and they told me that they were sending me out a replacement audio cable to fix it, even without my asking. I'm waiting for the new cable, but have to say I'm very happy with the service based on everything so far.

I consider the matter closed and have revised my review. For the sake of history, here is the original ordeal:
I placed an order at 12:42am. By 12:52am (only 10 minutes later, the same day) I had sent an email requesting that my order be canceled. My email was ignored.
I sent another email at 9:53pm (same day) to confirm that my order had indeed been canceled as per my timely request. Only four minutes later at 9:57pm I received an email confirming that my order had been shipped."
