When I notified them that they were one drill bit shy, they said it was an error, it should not have been listed as two back, and would be glad to refund me $.90. "Their parts are cheap, but watch out for 2 things:
1) Fast they are not. I ordered other Suzuki motorcycle parts through my dealer the same day (10/9). Those parts showed up before I got the notification on 10/15 from Cycle Parts Nation on that they had finally shipped.
2) Watch the shipping charges! I was about to order a $29 plastic part that is no larger than 6" x 6". They were going to charge me $139 shipping. They said shipping was based on the part name, not the weight or size."

"I ordered a remote control from Z9 on 1/6/2009. Days later, the status on the (sporadically working) web site said "To ship". I emailed requesting status and got a response on 1/10/2009 saying "your order has shipped'. On 1/15/2009, the web site still says "To ship" and I've received no replies to 2 subsequent emails requesting a tracking number. I tried to phone and got (at 3:30 AZ time) a very non-business "The person you are trying to reach..." recording. Credit card company indicates I've already been charged. I'm trying to cancel my order.
Update: I did succeed (after 3 emails) in getting my order canceled. Z9 did refund my credit card."
