"Placed an order for a charter arms hi polished mag pug in 357 mag was sent a ugly **** charter arms green with black tiger stripes 45 ACP revolver. Returned the gun and was lied to about some BS about charter re-doing there item sku numbers. emailed Charter arms about that and was told that was a lie and the numbers were still the same for that gun. Any way had a charge back started by Citi bank and after at first getting my money back then they charged me back saying that SWFA had giving issued my account an 480.00 credit, which is BS cause they SWFA NEVER let me know that!!! MY sugjustion is NEVER do ANY business with SWFA or Citibank they are both A..holes
Everything has been cleared up with SWFA and my problem with them, seems that I am the A..hole on this one they did REFUND my credit card and I missed it on the C.C. statement!! So I am sorry about the raving like an idiot that I was!!"
"I ordered an Athlon Spotting Scope that I got for a great price from SWFA which was on back order. Since it was on back order I expected a delay in shipping. The next day after I ordered I contacted the email address for customer service and asked if they could give me an estimate on shipping. Within an hour I received a reply from Skyler in the CS department. She said she would check with her supplier. Two days later she emailed me that the scope shipped and gave me a tracking number. From the time of my order to arrival at my house was 7 days. As far as I'm concerned you can't ask for quicker service on a back ordered item and their customer service is the best. "
"Ordered on a Saturday night. Almost a week later and my order is still sitting in their warehouse waiting to be shipped out. Customer service is horrible. All they could do was give me attitude and tell me they were"sorry" and that my order would be shipped asap. That means absolutely nothing to me when I can tell they have lots of issues. Canceled my order and just bought it on Amazon and it will be at my door in 24 hours. Horrible company and I'll never purchase anything from them again."
"Ordered an in stock product on black friday. Got my order confirmation as expected, and called SWFA for a clarification question about my order. I recieved their voicemail during business hours and left a message, but they never bothered to call back. A week goes by with no shipping confirmation. I call to see what the order status is. The representative says “oh your prder shipped a could days ago, the shipping notice never got sent. I’ll send it now.” I don’t know what happend, but I never got that email either. I had to contact their shipping department a third time to finally get the email. That was a week ago. Today I get a second shipping notice for the same order, and the tracking info days the package is getting ready to ship. Long story short I have no idea where my package is, when its coming, or if its even on its way yet. Extremely poor customer service and complete lack of irgency when it comes to fulfilling orders. I will not order anything from them again, I suggest you don’t either. "

"First time buyer at swfa. First contact was a price match request submitted online from their site. Didn't receive a response. After the third day of waiting, I sent them an email asking about my price match request . No response.
The item I wanted became on sale. Decided to give them a try and place an order for an in stock item.
After 8 days of no shipping confirmation, I called that to ask if my order had been shipped. I was told that the warehouse was behind on orders and my order should ship within a week. Another week!!!
It took 9 days for swfa to finally ship my order.
Unfortunately, three strikes and you're out swfa! "
