"Maybe my experience is a fluke but here it is - My first time order was for their own brand SWFA SS 3-15x42 Tactical Rifle Scope. I got the order in a timely fashion and opened the scope. On initial testing I immediately notice a bad case of chromatic aberration. I called and described the problem and they gave me an RMA#. I then asked if they could send a replacement with a return tag for the bad one. No, they don't do that kind of customer service. I then asked if they would be emailing a return label. NO, they don't do that kind of customer service. I then tried to kindly explain my surprise as numerous vendors are quickly helping you through this process and I seemed to be doing all the work.
After that disappointment and being told to ship it back I then asked if I would be refunded my shipping. I was then informed that if I put a receipt in the box for my shipping cost and they confirmed there was an issue then they could refund my cost. This all seems backward as I had to pull teeth to get this info as it was not offered. And it seems that I, the customer, was the problem and not their own name branded scope.
I was then told they would turn it around in a couple days. Well, after it had been at their location a whole week with no word, I called and they looked into it. They found the package, apparently someone was sick that had received it. They told me they would process quickly which they did. I asked how quickly they would ship back as normal UPS took longer and I had shipped USPS Priority 2 day. I was told they would return that way. Well, that was on a Thursday and later that day I got an email that the shipping was complete.... BUT it went UPS. This extended the arrival from Saturday, if USPS Priority, to the next Wednesday.
Now I sit waiting for arrival. Hoping I get a good scope this time and next time... buy from a different vendor if at all possible!!"
