Soon after placing my order I was informed that the item was no longer in stock. They gave no time as to when it would be in stock, and it no longer appears on their web site. So, they didn't know it was out of stock when I ordered it and it took a month to figure out this highly technical issue of an empty bin in the warehouse.
I called and got this snide lady by the name of 'NyraLove Reed' (that is a copy paste from the email....serious, that is her name) who seemed to take issue with my wanting a refund for something they didn't even know when they would get back in stock.
(yea, take my $800 and you know....just keep it till whenever and no, don't bother even thinking about giving me a rough timeline as to when my product would be back in stock).
