"I didn't appreciate the lack of protection in the way my scope was boxed and shipped . The inner box was Torned in two places at the top near the elevation turret. Just luck the scope wasn't damaged. Also I would perfer UPS or Fed/Ex deliver to my door rather than dumping it on the USPS for final delivery. The postal service isn't what it use to be.

"I received my item in a timely matter however, I needed to return it because I received the same item as a gift. After receiving notification the item was delivered/returned by UPS I called SWFA to confirm they had received it and to ask when they will credit my account. I received a somewhat "curt" response that was quite generic and did not really answer my question. Five (5) days later I contacted SWFA again to ask if my account had been credited and I was told it had been. My issue is, instead of receiving updates from the company I had to call and apparently irritate their customer service to find out what was going on with my credit. Get it together SWFA. I like your company however, customer service doesn't end with the sale."

I can get this item at many places, but chooses them because they are a Texas based company. "
"First off I didn't receive all items. Only 2 of the 3 shipped and the Vortex Scope was back-ordered. I didn't receive any corispondence other than that 2 of the items were charged to my card and shipped/received. I had to email them to ask about ETA on the scope (my main purchase). I do hope when it arrives that it is NEW IN BOX?? On the other 2 items I bought a Vortex offset mount and RedDot sight. When they showed up upon opening the RedDot it was in the box sideways and box top was halfway off. It seemed as if it had been opened, taken out, and then put back in the box the wrong way. The offset scope was setup for left hand sight but the manual indicates standard OEM is set for right hand so I had to take it apart and re-configure. Again makes me believe that it too was a used/returned item. They were advertised as NEW but too many things point to the contrary!! May be my last time purchasing through SWFA. "
