"The like the scope, works great. The problem is I don't know how to use it. To get a five star there would have to have been provided some sort of instructions included. I still don't understand why there are two rows of numbers on the verticals knob. How to use reticle lines and numbers. What does the - and + mark on the eyepiece mean, etch etc etc"

"Almost satisfied. They can't always have every item in stock. Product was backordered but was back in stock fairly quickly. Main complaint was in shipping. It was shipped UPS and took way too long. Product sat in one of their centers for about five days. This isn't SWFA's fault, but that of UPS. The regular postal system would have been quicker."

"I have not had the opportunity to utilize the scope yet. regarding customer service it seems ok. When I received the scope and rings I realized on the website they were being offered as a package deal i.e. buy a scope and get free rings. maybe it means more to me since I had to buy my rings. I sent an email to swfa regarding owners manual and was sent one via a pdf file which I appreciated.

Warranty is good. Im looking forward to testing it out. would have liked to keep the extra $35.00 bucks but I guess I bought a couple days to soon

"Purchased and paid for a piece of equipment that was listed as used. After 2 weeks of no reciprocal contact via email, a phone call revealed that the piece of equipment was an inventory item, out of stock, and no longer sold. Now we are waiting the 3 weeks for the $900 refund for an item they never had. "

"Nothing that I ordered was in stock .

No indication when placing the order if the items are in stock or not .

I did receive an email several hours after the order was placed , but I didn't see it until
the following day .

I have ordered form them in the past , and service was good , but they were phone orders .

"I guess I'll chock it up to bad timing on my part and give them another try. Ordered a scope and mount on the 18th of Dec and received it today, 4th of Jan. 17 days from TX to CO....."
