My only mild complaint was that the UPS tracking number was never posted so that i could see when the package would arrive. The order was packaged very well and item was just as described.

"First, worst and last ordering from SWFA ever. Horrible customer service and supposedly incorrect inventory level cost me $70 more for same item since I had to reorder a $800 scope from another company 3 weeks later after waiting on SWFA to fulfill my order. Never could get a straight/correct answer out of the lady I talked to on 3 different phone calls. They held 1 of my items for 2 weeks and didn't bother shipping it until I raised a ruckus about it after the 3rd phone call and then they only sent it first class postage instead of the priority mail which I had chose and paid for when I placed my order. Still haven't got credit back for that yet either. When I found SWFA online they looked like a good place to do business with, either I was mistaken or just the one new customer that got royally screwed over. I won't given them a second chance go do it again!!

"I was very pleased with my new 10x42. Haven't got the barrel completely broke in on my new gun but the scope tracked from 100 to 500 yards great! Can't wait to stretch that out to a 1000 and let'er eat!
